This born & bred Central Queenslander made 2 life-changing decisions when he was 18 years of age.
- He fell in love with his high school sweetheart Maureen
- He bought his first investment property.
For 3 ½ decades have seen ‘Team Allwood’ fought against the odds, building successful businesses, property wealth and raising two amazing children, including one with very special needs.
Having been a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in his own practice for 13 years and 18 years in Investment Property Marketing, his passion is helping “Everyday Aussies” create a better future, without losing their lifestyle in the process.

Maureen started her career as a Registered nurse, and then joined Tim in managing their Financial Planning Company and added a Financial Planning qualification to her Resume.
The time came for them to relocate to the Gold Coast to provide access to better health facilities for their daughter. Burleigh is home now, and Maureen loves the healthy lifestyle.
She can be found each morning at the Gym with the girls, or down at the beach.
The hideous looking green concoction in the drink bottle on her desk, may have something to do with her superpowers…we’ll take her word on that!

The son of a Gold Coast Real Estate Agent, By the age of 10, Doug knew more about Property than most adults…
He tried other career paths, but found that Property is in his DNA and has happily settled into his true calling in life.

His absolute passion is mentoring younger generations in getting started on their investment journey so they can benefit from his decades of experience and by-pass the mistakes most people make when starting out on their own.
